Rapidrop HRW 4 Inch Butterfly valve is a rotary type valve with a visual indication of whether the valve is in a fully open position or not. Butterfly valves are commonly used in fire protection systems as system control valves, and sectional or pump water control valves. To reduce the risk of a water hammer Rapidrop Butterfly Valves are provided with a slow close hand wheel operated gearbox.  These valves have been designed with minimum flow restriction and pressure loss when in a fully open position.

Rapidrop RD025 SSU Upright Quick Response Sprinkler, Brass Finish, 68’C frangible glass bulb automatic sprinklers that are CE, VdS and LPCB approved.  In the instance of fire, the heat causes the fluid in the glass bulb to expand which shatters the glass and releases the spring seal assembly. Water flows from the orifice onto the sprinkler deflector which diffuses the water into a uniform spray pattern which extinguishes or controls the fire.They are standard orifice fire sprinklers for installation in fire sprinkler systems designed in accordance with standard installation rules, e.g. EN12845 or the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.
