Apollo Discovery 58000-700APO Multisensor Detector

The Apollo Discovery 58000-700APO is a high-performance analog addressable multi-sensor fire detector engineered by Apollo Fire Detectors for commercial, industrial, and marine safety installations. By integrating an optical photoelectric smoke chamber with a precision thermistor temperature sensor inside a low-profile white enclosure, the detector measures both smoke particle obscuration and heat dynamics. Signals from both sensors are processed independently and combined using internal algorithms to offer 5 distinct operational response modes (ranging from optical-only or heat-only to multi-sensor combinations). Operating on a 17V to 28V DC addressable loop using the Discovery communication protocol, the detector features base-mounted XPERT card addressing, continuous chamber drift compensation, twin clear 360-degree status LEDs, remote indicator driver outputs, and full LPCB, VdS, and Marine (MED) approvals under EN 54-5 and EN 54-7.
