The Asenware AW-CSD381 is a conventional optical smoke detector designed for open-area protection in commercial, institutional, and industrial fire alarm installations. Utilizing an infrared light-scattering chamber with an internal LED emitter and photodiode receiver, the unit continuously monitors ambient air for smoke particles generated by slow, smoldering fires. Operating on a 9V to 28V DC supply voltage range, it features twin status LEDs providing 360-degree omnidirectional visual confirmation, a remote indicator output terminal, and low standby current consumption. The detector head installs onto a surface mounting base via a twist-lock arrangement and is certified under EN 54-7 by LPCB for compliance with international life safety codes.
