The C4416 is part of C-TEC’s award-winning ActiV range of conventional fire detectors. It utilizes an infrared light-scattering (photoelectric) chamber to provide reliable detection while minimizing false alarms caused by electrical interference or insects. The detector is “third-party certified” to EN54-7 by the LPCB, ensuring it meets the highest European safety standards. It is particularly well-suited for use in hallways, bedrooms, and offices. The C4416 is compatible with a wide variety of conventional fire panels, including C-TEC’s CFP, FP, and MFP ranges, and features a sleek, low-profile design that blends into modern interiors.
