The Codesec PL001 Parallel Indicator LED is a remote visual alarm display manufactured by Codesec to provide immediate visual indication for fire detectors installed in concealed, locked, or hard-to-access locations such as ceiling voids, cable risers, hotel rooms, and service closets. When an associated optical smoke or heat detector transitions into an alarm state, the PL001 illuminates a high-intensity red LED to guide building occupants, maintenance staff, and emergency personnel directly to the origin of the alarm. Designed with a wide operating voltage range (5V to 30V DC), the indicator operates on minimal current while delivering high visual contrast through its clear optical lens.
