The DL-C501 is an advanced residential carbon monoxide alarm engineered for long-term life-safety monitoring in homes, apartments, boiler rooms, hotels, and recreational vehicles. Powered by three replaceable 1.5V AA alkaline batteries, the device utilizes a high-precision electrochemical CO sensor with an operational service life of up to 10 years. It features an integrated backlit digital LCD display that alternates between real-time carbon monoxide concentrations (25–600 PPM) and ambient room temperature (°C), along with continuous battery level status. Upon detecting dangerous CO gas accumulation, the detector activates a loud 85dB piezo horn alongside visual red LED indicators. The unit incorporates automatic sensor self-diagnostics every two minutes, low-battery warning alerts, end-of-life replacement notifications, and full certification under the EN 50291 standard.
