The Eaton JSB FXN723+FXN720 is an analogue addressable optical smoke detector system engineered for use with Eaton JSB intelligent addressable fire alarm control panels. Operating on light-scattering chamber principles, the FXN723 sensor responds rapidly to large visible smoke particles generated by slow-burning and smoldering fires. It features dynamic drift compensation to adjust for dust accumulation over time, a built-in short-circuit line isolator to maintain loop integrity, and soft auto-addressing for fast commissioning. Supplied complete with the FXN720 standard mounting base—which features a continuity shorting link and anti-tamper locking—the low-profile assembly blends seamlessly into modern commercial and institutional interiors.
