The Eaton JSB FXN725+720 combination consists of the FXN725 addressable multi-mode heat detector head and the FXN720 standard mounting base, designed for commercial and industrial fire alarm applications. Operating on Eaton’s intelligent addressable loop protocol, the detector uses an advanced thermistor sensor to continually monitor room temperatures and deliver rapid, reliable alarm activation in locations where dust, smoke, or steam generate false alarms on optical smoke detectors. It features three field-selectable operating modes (Class A1R rate-of-rise plus fixed heat, Class A2S standard static heat, and Class BS high-temperature static heat), built-in short-circuit loop isolation, automatic soft-addressing, 360-degree clear status LEDs, and full LPCB EN 54-5/17 certification.
