Description

The Esser 804905 is the internal “brain” used to upgrade or repair IQ8 series manual call points. This electronic board is compatible with both the large and compact housing styles. It features the advanced esserbus-PLus communication protocol, which allows for individual addressing, precise location identification, and remote diagnostics. By separating the electronics from the physical housing, Esser allows for flexible maintenance and easy replacement of the sensitive components without needing to replace the entire call point enclosure. The module includes a built-in short-circuit isolator to maintain loop integrity and supports the “emergency mode” function for decentralized safety.
