Description

The Esser 808610.10 (often referred to as the 12-Relay 8-bit Transponder) is a high-density output module for the esserbus and esserbus-PLus loops. Its primary purpose is to provide decentralized control of building services?such as dampers, elevators, fans, and door releases?directly from the fire alarm loop. While it occupies only one address on the loop, it provides 11 freely programmable relays and one dedicated system relay. It can be operated in “floating” (potential-free) mode or wired with an external 12V/24V DC supply to power connected devices. The module is highly efficient, featuring low quiescent current and the ability to be monitored for external power failures via the system software.
