The Fike Sita 205 0012 (Multipoint ASD Detector with Sounder and Strobe) is a comprehensive addressable fire safety device engineered by Fike Safety Technology for commercial, institutional, and industrial life safety applications. Combining optical light-scattering smoke detection, thermistor heat sensing, an audible piezoelectric sounder, and a bright visual flashing indicator (strobe) within a single head, the unit provides complete detection and dual-sensory audiovisual notification on a single loop address. Controlled by an internal microprocessor, the detector supports 7 distinct field-configurable operational modes—including smoke-only, heat-only (rate-of-rise/static), and combined opto-thermal configurations—allowing precise sensitivity tailoring to match the room environment. Operating on the Fike Sita 2-wire addressable loop protocol, it features electronic soft addressing via panel configuration, dynamic chamber drift compensation, programmable sounder volume levels, LED status indication, and compliance with EN 54-3, EN 54-5, and EN 54-7 standards.
