Description
This commercial-grade, non-UL listed Packaged Fire Fighting Pump Set is engineered to provide a dependable, high-pressure water supply for commercial complexes, medium-sized warehouses, manufacturing units, and high-occupancy residential networks. Designed in a standard Tri-Pump Configuration (Electric + Diesel + Jockey), this system guarantees absolute operational continuity and consistent flow during fire emergencies.
The primary electric motor-driven centrifugal pump is designed to handle the main system demand under normal power conditions. A full-capacity, compression-ignition industrial diesel engine pump acts as a fully redundant backup, activating instantly via an independent battery system if local utility power fails. The vertical multistage jockey pump maintains steady static line pressure during non-emergency periods, mitigating short-cycling of the larger primary pumps due to thermal fluctuations or minor pipe leaks. The entire assembly is pre-piped, pre-wired, and systematically mounted on a structural steel skid base, complete with individual automatic control panels, pressure sensing lines, and structural isolation valving for direct field commissioning.
Features
- Reliable Mid-Range Capacity: Delivers 300 GPM at 9 Bar of pressure, making it an excellent fit for standard fire sprinkler installations, standpipe networks, and external fire hydrant connections.
- Turnkey Skid Integration: Fully assembled, aligned, and pressure-tested on a single rigid structural steel frame to minimize onsite footprint and drastically lower field installation labor.
- Automated Redundancy: Provides reliable emergency backup through an autonomous diesel engine pump that activates automatically upon mains electrical failure or pressure line drops.
- Independent Smart Control Panels: Features dedicated automatic control panels for each pump, housing automated battery charging circuits, operational run-timers, and explicit fault diagnostic arrays.
- Robust Mechanical Trim: Built utilizing high-tensile cast iron casings, corrosion-resistant bronze impellers, and stainless steel shafts to ensure smooth mechanical movement even after long standby durations.
