Fireguard FG901SHD_AP Optical and Thermal Detector with Short Circuit Isolator

The Fireguard FG901SHD_AP is an intelligent addressable multi-sensor fire detector engineered by Fireguard Global for commercial, industrial, and institutional safety networks. By integrating an advanced optical light-scattering chamber with dual electronic thermistors, the unit evaluates both smoke particle density and thermal shifts simultaneously. Its internal microprocessor processes both sensing technologies to deliver high reliability and superior immunity to false alarms, offering programmable combined modes (AND/OR logic) as well as thermovelocimetric and static heat responses. Equipped with a built-in bidirectional short-circuit loop isolator, the detector protects loop communications during cable faults. Operating over a 27V DC addressable loop, it supports electronic soft addressing or auto-addressing, intelligent drift compensation, tri-color 360-degree status indication, and full compliance with EN 54-5, EN 54-7, and EN 54-17 standards.
