Description
The Frontier Fire Systems SP Series is an advanced, engineered clean agent fire extinguishing system designed to offer rapid and reliable fire suppression. Utilizing HFC-227ea—a colorless, non-toxic, and odorless gas—the system extinguishes fires primarily through heat absorption without leaving any messy residue or damaging sensitive equipment. It consists of specialized storage cylinders, distribution piping, performance-tested nozzles, and an intelligent control panel that monitors everything from detectors to cylinder pressure. This makes it perfectly suited for high-risk, restricted spaces housing electronics, critical infrastructure, and assets where clean-up from traditional fire suppression methods would be highly problematic.
Features
- Rapid Fire Suppression: Engineered to discharge completely into an enclosure within 10 seconds or less. This rapid deployment ensures early fire suppression and actively minimizes the formation of toxic Hydrogen Fluoride (HF) byproducts.
- People and Asset Safe: The clean agent gas (HFC-227ea) is colorless, non-toxic, and electrically non-conductive. It leaves absolutely no residue behind, completely eliminating cleanup damage. It is safe for normally occupied environments and does not affect electronics or common materials like rubber, plastic, steel, brass, copper, and aluminum.
- Scalable Multi-Cylinder Layouts: Supports modular single or interconnected configurations of up to 7 units (1 primary master cylinder alongside up to 6 slave cylinders) utilizing heavy-duty 6 mm rubber pilot hoses to cover highly extended spaces.
- Uniform Area Dispersion: Equipped with performance-tested 360-degree radial (8-port) or 180-degree sidewall discharge nozzles to provide exceptional gas mixing and distribution throughout the protected hazard.
- Active Security Monitoring: Incorporates an intelligent control panel that constantly supervises the functional integrity of electric solenoid actuators, optical/thermal detectors, warning signals, internal gas pressure, and emergency manual release overrides.
