The Heat Alarm 9V LX 227 is a self-contained, battery-powered thermal safety detector engineered to monitor rapid ambient temperature increases and fixed high-temperature thresholds. Designed primarily for areas such as kitchens, boiler rooms, garages, and attics, heat alarms provide reliable fire warning without triggering false alarms caused by steam, cooking smoke, or heavy dust particles.

Powered by a standard 9V DC battery, the LX 227 operates entirely independent of mains power or central fire alarm control panels. Equipped with a built-in high-decibel piezo sounder, visual status LEDs, a manual test/reset button, and a low-battery warning alert, this standalone unit provides simple surface-mount installation for residential and commercial spaces.
