Description
The Hochiki ALN-EN(SCI) is an analogue addressable photoelectric smoke sensor incorporating High Performance Chamber Technology to deliver exceptional sensitivity and rapid detection of slow-smoldering fires. Communicating via Hochiki’s ESP (Enhanced Systems Protocol), it utilizes an advanced internal chamber baffle that maximizes smoke entry while shielding the light-scattering sensor from ambient room lighting. The sensor features an integrated short-circuit line isolator (SCI) to isolate wiring faults automatically and maintain complete system loop communication. Designed with twin 360-degree status LEDs displaying multi-color operational feedback, electronically programmable sensitivity, and a field-removable chamber for straightforward maintenance, the ALN-EN(SCI) meets stringent EN54-7 and EN54-17 standards
