The Honeywell Analytics Zareba Sensepoint SPSTAXH1 is a compact, high-reliability fixed toxic gas transmitter engineered for industrial hazardous locations, wastewater treatment plants, oil and gas refineries, chemical facilities, and power plants. Utilizing an advanced pre-calibrated electrochemical sensor cell, this detector monitors ambient air for toxic Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) gas across a standard 0 to 20 ppm (configurable up to 0 to 50 ppm) detection range. Constructed from heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant polyester powder-coated aluminum with an IP65/66 ingress protection rating, the unit is certified Ex d flameproof for safe operation in Zone 1 or Zone 2 hazardous areas. Operating via a standard 2-wire loop-powered 4-20mA analog connection, it interfaces seamlessly with centralized fire and gas control systems, PLCs, or Building Management Systems (BMS).
