The LEDE Model XZ41X-150 (BS 5163 series) is a heavy-duty resilient seated gate valve designed for critical isolation in industrial and fire protection pipelines. Unlike the grooved version, this model features Flanged Ends according to EN 1092-2, making it the standard choice for bolted connections in plant rooms and pump stations.
The valve utilizes an Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) rising stem, which serves as an immediate visual indicator of the valve?s position (Open or Closed)?a mandatory requirement for most fire safety regulations. The high-strength Ductile Iron body is protected by a 250-micron Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating, ensuring long-term resistance to corrosion and chemical degradation. Its full-bore design ensures maximum flow efficiency with negligible pressure loss.
