Description
The LEDE Model XGQT08 (6-inch) is a specialized flange adapter that provides a seamless transition between a grooved piping system and flanged equipment such as pumps, meters, or flanged valves. This adapter eliminates the need for welding or threading, allowing for a fast and secure bolted connection to any PN16 (EN 1092-2) standard flange.
Constructed from premium Ductile Iron (ASTM A536), the adapter features a precision-machined groove on one side and a standard flange face on the other. It includes a built-in, pressure-responsive EPDM gasket that seals against the pipe OD and the mating flange face simultaneously. The entire fitting is finished with a high-durability Red Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating for superior corrosion resistance.
