Description
The LEDE Universal Flange Adaptor is an essential mechanical fitting for water distribution and fire protection systems. It is engineered to provide a bolted flange connection on plain-end BS 1387 (Heavy/Medium) steel pipes or ductile iron pipes. This eliminates the need for on-site threading or welding, significantly reducing installation time.
Constructed from Ductile Iron (ASTM A536), this adaptor features a wide-range compression design. When the bolts are tightened, the internal EPDM gasket is compressed against the pipe surface, creating a permanent, pressure-tight seal. The flange drilling is strictly compliant with EN 1092-2 PN16, ensuring a perfect match with LEDE gate valves, check valves, and pumps.
