The LEDE Model XGQT07 (6″ x 4″) is a precision-cast concentric reducer engineered for high-pressure grooved piping systems. This fitting is used to reduce the pipeline diameter from a 6-inch main to a 4-inch branch or equipment connection while keeping the centers of both pipes on the same axis (concentric).
Designed specifically for Schedule 40 (SCH40) steel pipe, it features deep, accurate grooves that ensure a leak-proof mechanical joint when used with standard LEDE rigid or flexible couplings. The smooth internal taper is designed to minimize turbulence and pressure drop during fluid transition. Cast from premium Ductile Iron (ASTM A536), the fitting is finished with a high-durability Red Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating for maximum corrosion resistance in both wet and dry pipe systems.
