The Potter 3001000 (Model ABORT-R) is a specialized hazard-suppression accessory engineered to provide an emergency manual pause function for critical life-safety and asset-protection systems. Intended for placement near exits or control points in server rooms, archives, and industrial spaces, it wires directly into the supervised abort terminal loops of releasing panels?including the legacy PFC-4410 series as well as modern ARC and IPA systems. The unit features a square, industrial brushed stainless steel faceplate centered around a large, impact-resistant red circular push-button labeled “SUPPRESSION SYSTEM ABORT – PRESS AND HOLD.” It utilizes a single, high-reliability Normally Open (N.O.) momentary contact switch block that requires constant pressure to maintain the system override. Designed for low-profile flush installation, the modular assembly fits neatly onto a standard double-gang electrical enclosure box, safely keeping the End-of-Line Resistor (EOLR) supervised back to the panel loop.
