30-Minute Integrity: Proven to hold back fire for half an hour, preventing the spread between rooms.
Intumescent Strips: Embedded in the door or frame, these strips expand up to 25 times their size when heated, sealing the gaps to block smoke.
Slim & Lightweight: Compared to higher-rated doors (like FD60 or FD120), FD30 doors are thinner and easier to operate, making them perfect for high-traffic internal areas.
Smoke Control (FD30S): Available with “S” rating (e.g., FD30S) which includes cold-smoke seals to prevent the leading cause of fire-related fatalities.
Variety of Finishes: Can be powder-coated in any RAL color or provided in wood-grain finishes to match interior aesthetics.
