The Rapidrop Fig. 113.2GG is a high-performance 6-inch (DN150) grooved-by-grooved Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) resilient wedge gate valve engineered explicitly for main line control, section isolation, or pump installations within automatic fire sprinkler infrastructures. Constructed with a robust ductile iron body protected internally and externally by a thermally applied, corrosion-proof fusion-bonded epoxy layer, it provides long-term resistance to mineral scaling and rust. The valve delivers full-flow efficiency with minimal pressure drop when wide open, while absolute bidirectional isolation is achieved via a compressed ductile iron wedge fully encapsulated in high-grade EPDM rubber. Adhering to the strictest global product criteria, it holds explicit FM, UL, and VdS regulatory life-safety marks and features a pre-grooved stem profile designed for simple, stable mounting of a supervisory tracking switch.
