The Rapidrop 133FF is an industrial 4-inch (DN100) flanged Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) resilient seat gate valve specifically engineered for on/off control in high-performance fire main line applications. Constructed with a lightweight, heavy-duty ductile iron body to ease field handling, the assembly is coated internally and externally with a corrosion-resistant, thermally applied fusion-bonded epoxy. It utilizes a compression-driven ductile iron wedge fully encapsulated in high-grade EPDM rubber to deliver bubble-tight water containment under a maximum working pressure of 12 bar (175 psi) or 16 bar (232 psi) depending on system configurations.
