The Rapidrop 133FG is an industrial 8-inch (DN200) transition-end Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) resilient seat gate valve designed for flawless isolation control in fire main piping and automatic sprinkler systems. Engineered with a hybrid flanged-by-grooved casing, this valve serves as an ideal connection link between flanged equipment (such as pump manifolds or backflow preventers) and grooved distribution pipe networks. The robust ductile iron body is completely lined internally and externally with a corrosion-proof, fusion-bonded epoxy coating. Tight shut-off is handled by a balanced ductile iron wedge fully encapsulated in high-grade EPDM rubber, ensuring a bidirectional, bubble-tight seal under high-pressure fire system loads.
