The Rapidrop 133GG is an industrial 4-inch (DN100) grooved Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) resilient seat gate valve engineered specifically for dependable isolation control in fire protection mains and sprinkler installations. Featuring a compact and lightweight ductile iron construction that speeds up field installation and reduces pipeline strain, the valve housing is fully protected inside and out by a high-grade, fusion-bonded epoxy coating. Tight fluid isolation is achieved via a ductile iron wedge completely encapsulated in a resilient EPDM elastomer, providing reliable bidirectional, bubble-tight sealing under a maximum working pressure of up to 20.7 bar (300 psi).
