The Ravel RE-316H-2L is an advanced conventional heat detector designed to work with all standard conventional fire alarm control panels. It uses a high-accuracy thermistor to monitor ambient temperature, triggering an alarm if the temperature reaches a fixed point of 59?C (138?F) or if it detects a rapid increase in temperature ($11.1^circtext{C}$ per minute).
