The Ravel RE-317D-HL is a high-performance addressable heat detector designed for seamless integration with Ravel?s Avani series fire alarm control panels. It utilizes a precision thermistor to provide “fixed cum rate-of-rise” detection, triggering an alarm when the ambient temperature reaches 59?C (138?F) or if it detects a rapid temperature increase exceeding 11.1?C per minute. The device is polarity-insensitive, simplifying field wiring, and features a sleek, low-profile design with dual LEDs that provide 360? visibility of the device status (blinking for normal, steady for alarm).
