The Ravel RE-717MM is a compact addressable monitor module that enables fire alarm control panels to supervise conventional normally-open dry contact devices. By connecting devices like water flow switches, pressure switches, or non-addressable pull stations to this module, users can integrate them into an addressable loop with precise location identification. The module monitors the wiring to the initiating device using an end-of-line (EOL) resistor, allowing it to detect and report open-circuit faults to the panel.
