The SHIELD S-C2015 is a high-performance, non-addressable conventional heat detector engineered specifically for extreme or high-ambient temperature applications such as commercial kitchens, steam-heavy laundry installations, boiler houses, and industrial workshops. Utilizing a dual-thermistor sensor framework, the device tracks real-time thermal currents and triggers a definitive alarm condition when surrounding air fields hit a fixed threshold of 93°C (200°F). Operating over a wide conventional supply band of 9V to 33V DC, the structural assembly is housed in a fire-retardant, UV-stabilized white polycarbonate shell that resists environmental degradation and features a complete twist-lock FE-II style mounting base for fast electrical terminal terminations.
