The Siemens DB722 (Part Number: S54319-B22-A1 / DB722) is a versatile detector base manufactured by Siemens for mounting addressable and conventional point detectors from the Cerberus PRO FD720 and Sinteso series. Engineered for fast installation and long-term contact reliability, the DB722 provides spacious, heavy-duty screw terminals for loop-in, loop-out, and auxiliary connections. It incorporates a dedicated terminal to drive an external remote alarm indicator when detectors are installed in concealed spaces. Constructed from durable, flame-retardant polycarbonate/ABS plastic, the base features an integrated mechanical locking tab to protect against unauthorized detector head removal and integrates cleanly with standard ceiling junction boxes and surface conduit arrangements.
