Developed by Siemens for Sinteso and Cerberus PRO fire safety systems using FDnet/C-NET addressable communication, the device incorporates a high IP-rated weatherproof and impact-resistant red enclosure designed for harsh environmental conditions. It features a non-frangible plastic operating element that eliminates glass replacement costs and broken-glass risks during routine testing, an integrated line separator (isolator) to protect loop communication against short-circuit faults, electronic soft-addressing, an internal red status LED for polling and alarm confirmation, screw terminal blocks, and a dedicated surface-mount housing base for easy installation in rugged commercial or industrial locations.
