The Cooper CAP320 Intelligent Addressable Optical Smoke Sensor (also referred to as MAP820 / FXN723) is engineered for use with Cooper intelligent addressable fire systems.

This optical sensor, the CAP320, is ideal for most applications, offering the fastest response to slow-burning or smoldering fires which produce visible smoke. Like all sensors in the range (including heat detectors), it has achieved third-party approval to the relevant section of EN54 (Part 7 for smoke detectors)
