The System Sensor B401 (Part Number: B401) is a 4-inch conventional detector mounting base manufactured by System Sensor (Honeywell) for its 400 series point fire detectors, including optical smoke and thermal/heat sensor heads. Designed to simplify system installation and field wiring, the B401 provides a stable mechanical platform and dependable electrical connection between the conventional zone circuit and the plug-in detector head.
