Designed for high-risk industrial, municipal, and commercial installations, this control panel manages the automated sequence, health diagnostics, and operational cycle of emergency diesel engine-driven fire pumps. Operating on a 208–240V AC single-phase primary power line, the system features a 24V DC negative-ground engine control architecture supported by two fully redundant, independent 10A battery chargers. Under emergency pressure drops, the integrated PLC-based microprocessor initiates a 6-attempt alternative crank routine (15 seconds per cycle between Battery 1 and Battery 2) to guarantee rapid starting. Built into a red powder-coated NEMA 2 enclosure, it houses a door-mounted ViZiTouch 7-inch color touch screen for precision telemetry visualization, an external manual mechanical start layout, and an integrated freshwater pressure transducer assembly.
