Description

The V-Great VG-6637 is an open-area intelligent addressable dual thermal heat detector engineered for commercial, industrial, and residential fire protection systems. Equipped with a high-sensitivity thermistor array and embedded MCU algorithms, the unit evaluates environmental temperature variations to provide fast fire detection in areas where dust, steam, or smoke prevent optical smoke detector installation. It operates across a 16V to 28V DC supply range over two-wire non-polarized loops. The detector supports field-selectable sensitivity response modes (Class A1R rate-of-rise plus static and Class A2 fixed temperature static response), electronic handheld addressing, 360-degree status LED illumination, and LPCB EN 54-5 compliance.
