The Zeta 80-210 (MKII-AOP) is an intelligent addressable photoelectric smoke detector designed for integration with Zeta addressable fire alarm control panels. Operating on an infrared light-scattering chamber principle with an internal IR LED and photodiode receiver, the detector continuously monitors ambient air for visible smoke particles ($0.5\text{ to }10\,\mu\text{m}$) produced by slow-burning fires involving soft furnishings, PVC, plastic, and foam. The unit features 8 ring-configured LEDs for complete 360-degree visual status indication, flexible loop addressing via rear DIP switches or a handheld programmer, low quiescent current draw, and an anti-tamper head locking mechanism. Supplied complete with a compatible mounting base, it complies fully with EN 54-7 life safety standards
